Patrick Jouault is the owner of Moana, a 40’ Fountaine Pajot catamaran, and he will be your host during your trip aboard.
He has a strong catering and wine background and is fluent in English, French and Spanish.

Patrick is adept at creating culinary delights while other boats offer chips and salsa. We requested and enjoyed Lobster tails, a wonderful goat cheese salad, rissotto, grilled sweet peppers, and fried plaintains w ice cream for dessert!
Captain Patrick is French by birth and has been a chef for many high end restaurants so when he says he delivers an incredible lunch he means it.
